The program of March 8th started with Welcome and Opening remarks by Sofia Kappel (HRD Coordinator) and Prof. Carolin Daniel (HRD Spokesperson) followed by short presentations of our promising candidates which were part of the evaluation process.
On the second day, the candidates could prove themselves at the panel interviews with 3-4 senior scientists and meetings with potential supervisors. On the last day, 10th of March, the applicants had another chance to convince the group leaders in individuell interviews and virtual lab visits.
