On 14 November, our HDC community came together to celebrate World Diabetes Day with an inspiring seminar at HDC. Prof. Markus Rüegg and Prof. Jurga Laurencikiene shared their latest research on muscle ageing and metabolism, followed by a dynamic Data Blitz session from our doctoral researchers. It was a great morning of science, discussion, and connection, highlighting cutting-edge work in diabetes and metabolic research.
